Home Depot Promotes Ted Decker
The Home Depot (Atlanta), has promoted Ted Decker to the
post of executive vp, merchandising. Mr Decker will be in charge of all merchandising
corporate wide and will report only to president
of Home Depot’s U.S. retail operations Craig Menear.
Ted Decker has worked at The Home Depot for 14 years, and
was most recently senior vice president of retail finance, pricing, and
analytics. Decker is credited with playing “an key role in the company's
merchandising transformation, leading the institution of new pricing and analytics
strategies, in a company statement that was released today.
Menear released a statement on Mr Decker’s promotion to
executive VP Merchandising. "Ted's business acumen and retail experience
have enabled him to serve as a broad contributor to our success in the
marketplace over the past several years”. "His leadership and strategic
expertise make him a perfect fit to lead our merchandising team going
forward."
Progressive Displays Inc wishes Ted Decker the best of luck
in his new position.
